در راه طلب عاقل و دیوانه یکیست
در شیوهٔ عشق خویش و بیگانه یکیست
آن را که شراب وصل جانان دادند
در مذهب او کعبه و بتخانه یکیست

Translation (by Shahram T. Shiva):
In the path of union, the wise man and the mad man are one.
In the way of love, close friends and strangers are one.
That one who has tasted the wine of union with the supreme soul,
In his faith, the Ka'be and the idol temple are one.
